Begin by confirming if your device is covered under warranty by using our "Warranty Checker" and entering in the serial number of your device.

If your device has no support plan, please log a case under "Repair and Warranty" or by emailing [email protected].
If your device is under a support plan, please continue to log a case. Our Support Team will communicate with you on the options available to you.
