The Hosted AMM service is provided for devices under valid AirLink Support plans. If you have purchased a device without a AirLink Support plan, please contact your reseller to purchase one.
All devices are added to hosted AMMs upon receipt of the support plan purchase order.

If you have a new device but it has not been added to your AMM account, please contact the Support Team and it will be investigated further.

For all, non-MG90 devices, they will need to be manually redirected to the AMM server via ACEmanager:

  1. Log into ACEmanager on your device.

  2. Navigate to the Services tab and enter the server URL for your hosted AMM (for example: http://ammXX.airlink.com:8082/msci OR https://ammXX.airlink.com:8083/msci).

  3. Click Apply at the top of the ACEmanager window.

  4. Reboot.

Note: non-MG90 devices can take advantage of the SSL management tunnel much like the MG90 gateways. Please see the following link for more details: https://source.sierrawireless.com/airvantage/amm/reference/commonprocedures/aleos_management_tunnel/
