All products purchased through our e-Store are final sale.

Please refer to our support page to learn more about our warranty and repair procedure. If a product is covered under warranty, the length of warranty coverage will be indicated on the product page in the Specs section.

To learn more about our Warranty Policy, please visit this page. To check if your product is covered under warranty, please enter your products serial or IMEI number on our warranty information page.

To return a defective product for warranty repair, we provide two options for you to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
