Enable Remote Desktop feature on PC you want to access remotely
On Windows Open Settings
Click System > Remote Desktop
Click the toggle Enable Remote Desktop
Click Confirm when prompted.
To Remote into Laptop from AMM
Click on Total Reach, Select Host and click Remote Desktop.
AMM will provide address with port number.
Open Remote Desktop Application and Enter address with port number provided by AMM in last step and connect.
Enter Windows Credentials for the Remote PC and click ok.
