Setup Remote Desktop via AMM > Total Reach

Enable Remote Desktop feature on PC you want to access remotely

  1. On Windows Open Settings

  2. Click System > Remote Desktop

  3. Click the toggle Enable Remote Desktop

  4. Click Confirm when prompted.
    ​

To Remote into Laptop from AMM

  1. Click on Total Reach, Select Host and click Remote Desktop.
    ​

  2. AMM will provide address with port number.
    ​

  3. Open Remote Desktop Application and Enter address with port number provided by AMM in last step and connect.
    ​

  4. Enter Windows Credentials for the Remote PC and click ok.
    ​
