I am locally connected (LAN) to the ALEOS gateway but not able to connect to AceManager via the default IP address of http://192.168.13.31:9191

For ALEOS gateways with software version 4.14 or later, the default AceManager LAN access is now set to HTTPS only. The default URL is now https://192.168.13.31:9443. This URL will also apply for devices that have been recently upgraded to 4.14. or later software.
