Deployment Details:
Standard delivery and installation is executed 7 – 10 business days from the time an order is forwarded to the Customer Enablement team (Service Delivery)
Expedited orders are 3 – 5 business days
A Deployment Project Manager will coordinate the professional install as well as equipment delivery with the designated point of contact for the order.
Once an agreed upon date is chosen, customer will be given confirmation on the selected field technician scheduled for the installation.
During installation, our field technicians and our Installation Technicians will test the following:
Signal metrics observed with our chosen carriers
Bandwidth results, ensuring SLA is met
Equipment installed per best practices
Gateway cutover with premise equipment on site
Coordination and confirmation with customer Network team before tech leaves site
“Optimization Complete” email will be sent to customer once circuit is installed
