ACEmanager™ is the free, web-based utility used to manage and configure AirLink® gateways. It is a web application integrated in the ALEOS® software that runs on the AirLink gateway.

ACEmanager enables you to:

• Log in and configure parameters
• Adjust network settings
• Change security settings
• Update events reporting and control outputs
• Update ALEOS software and radio module firmware
• Copy configuration settings to other AirLink gateways

Since ACEmanager can be accessed remotely over-the-air as well as locally, the many features of ALEOS can be managed from any location.

I. How to access ACEmanager locally.

1. Connect a PC to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.

2. Launch your web browser and enter the IP address and port number: https://192.168.13.31:9443

3. Log In.

User Name: “user” (entered by default)

Enter the default password.

  • For newer devices that support unique passwords, the default password is printed on the device label located at the bottom of the unit

    1. For older devices, the default password is 12345.

Note: If you have having trouble getting the login screen

  • Try changing same subnet with the gateway as below DNS settings are not necessary.

  • If you are still not able to get into ACEmanager, it is possible that someone may have change the default login IP address of 192.168.13.31 to a different IP address.

II. How to access ACEmanager over cellular.

Please make sure that your gateway has public IP from your mobile service provider. By default remote access to ACEmanager is disabled for security purposes.

To configure remote over cellular, go to ACEManager:

  1. Services-> ACEManager → Remote access: HTTPS only.

  2. Ensure Port filtering-Inbound and Port filtering-Outbound, Trusted IP lists are empty in ACEmanager->Security tab.

  3. Apply all changes and reboot gateways.

  4. The SIM card assigns a WAN static IP to the gateway, using that IP to remote access ACEmanager (https://Mobile WAN static IP:9443)
